A new agency, the Forest Industrial Agency of Galicia, will lead the work on the economic development of the forest.
The Galician Government gives the go-ahead to the creation of the Forestry Industrial Agency of Galicia, an entity that will depend on the Ministry of Economy, Employment and Industry, and that will have among its objectives to increase innovation and competitiveness in this sector.
The president of the Xunta, Alberto Núñez Feijóo, has advanced that this decision will be reflected in the law to accompany the budgets that the Xunta will soon approve.
