PEFC Spain, awarded the Golden Oak at Asturforesta 2025

The Organizing Committee of the International Forestry Fair has awarded this prestigious recognition to PEFC Spain for its work over the past 25 years promoting sustainable forest management and invigorating the forestry sector throughout the country.

Since 1999, we have worked alongside owners, managers, companies, and governments to ensure the sustainability of our forests, protect biodiversity, mitigate climate change, and strengthen rural development.

We are grateful for this recognition, which we will officially receive on June 19 at Monte Armayán (Tineo, Asturias), as it is an incentive to continue building a responsible, innovative, and committed forestry future together.
